Hero Tradesman operates as a specialized marketing and dispatch coordination engine. When you request service via telephone, SMS text message, or online inquiry, your request is dispatched directly to fully vetted, independent local contractors who hold active licenses issued by the state regulatory authority.
2. State Registrar of Contractors Licensing Disclosure
In strict accordance with state contracting rules, please be advised that Hero Tradesman and its underlying asset management entity provide lead generation, advertising, and appointment booking services. All diagnostic assessments, physical installations, repairs, replacements, and excavation work are performed exclusively by independent professionals holding active, good-standing licenses with the appropriate Registrar of Contractors. License numbers and proof of commercial general liability insurance are verified prior to network dispatch and are presented by the responding tradesman upon arrival at your property.
3. Diagnostic Crediting
To maintain transparency, our participating contractors adhere to a standardized diagnostic call-out fee schedule. Under our consumer protection guidelines, 100% of this diagnostic fee is credited directly toward any repair or replacement work performed during that service call. Hourly labor rates and fixed service anchors are quoted clearly after on-site physical inspection.
4. Limitation of Liability & Consent
By utilizing our telephone dispatch lines, text messaging endpoints, or web interfaces, you express explicit consent to be contacted by our dispatch coordinators and assigned service professionals. Hero Tradesman is not liable for structural property damages, pre-existing infrastructure decay, or acts performed by independent service contractors.
